M 4.2 in Central Visayas, Philippines

 

A shallow M 4.2 quake shook Cebu City, Central Visayas on July 17th. The region is at elevated risk of strong shaking, according to Temblor’s models. The M 7.1 Bohol earthquake struck nearby in 2013, causing widespread damage.
