M 6.4 quake strikes Croatia

 

A damaging M6.4 earthquake rattled Croatia today, centered near Petrinja. It appears to have struck on a strike slip fault. This quake came a day after a M5.2 quake struck just to the northwest. Today’s quake was felt throughout the region.
